Event Communicator

Job Description


- Assists with the management of event operations
 
- Stays informed on all event details and happenings. Must actively check the team’s communication platforms to receive and provide updates as needed.

- Communicates important information to attendees (how to register, registration deadline, itinerary details, protocols, etc) during the planning of the event and during the event.

- Arrives early to events and activities in order to greet attendees and provide directions

- Effectively communicates to a group of people, answers questions to provide clarity, and works through any misunderstandings and issues

- Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, punctual

- Looking for someone that is reliable and has good communication skills
