Event Coordinator

Job Description


- Communicates their vision for the feast day event to the team
 
- Plans the event with attention to detail, and financial and time constraints
 
- Books venues, researches and coordinates with vendors (catering, decorators, etc.) and chooses the best combination of quality and cost. Negotiates with vendors as needed.
 
- Manages all event operations and completes final checks on the day of the event (setup at the venue, communicating with teams etc.) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
 
- Evaluates the event’s success and submit reports

- Proficient in Google Sheets

- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and problem solve

- Experience is preferred
