We are searching for a Member Support Agent with excellent communication skills and a generous spirit.
Member Support Agent responsibilities:
- Arrange for meals to be provided for church families when needed (birth of baby, death of loved one, health crisis).
- Schedules cleaning services or provides light house cleaning for shut-in, elderly, or disabled members who need assistance.
- Schedules transportation assistance for members who can’t drive themselves to appointments.
- Send gifts/cards to those who are going through hard times, as well as to show appreciation to church staff, or on high holy days.
- Receives church visitors with a welcoming spirit and maintains a family oriented environment in physical church locations.
- Create content that promotes an inclusive environment to help members with disabilities feel welcome and included in the church. Lead presentations on a quarterly basis to church members.
- Create Google Forms to collect information to stay up to date with the state of our members.
Additional qualities that we’re looking for:
- Must be a well respected member of True Spirit of Christ
- Solid organization skills and oral/written communication skills
- Someone with a charitable spirit and a passion for helping others, who takes initiative and has a consistent work ethic.
